Recently, the International Organizations and Global Financial Governance Talent Cooperative Training Program, submitted by the School of Government of the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), was successfully approved for funding by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). This marks the first international organizations talent reserve training program approved at CUFE, signifying a major breakthrough in the university's efforts to cultivate talent for international organizations.

This approval represents a concrete step in CUFE's accelerated implementation of the strategy for high-level opening-up in education and the five-year action plan, focusing on training talent to support the reform of the global economic governance system. In recent years, CUFE has actively responded to the national call to accelerate the cultivation of talent for international organizations. It has become one of the first batch of institutions for the Innovation & Practice Programme for the Cultivation of High-level Internationalized Talent, initiated by the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange (CCIPE) of the Ministry of Education. It has also established an experimental class for international organizations talent cultivation, achieving solid results in interdisciplinary integration, reform of talent training models, as well as developing talent reserves and internship referrals.

Going forward, CUFE will further leverage its strengths in finance and economics, utilize high-quality international cooperation resources, strengthen collaboration among various units, and systematically build a full-chain talent cultivation system covering selection, training, practice, and placement. It will continue to focus on the goal of cultivating high-level international organizations talent with patriotism, global vision, and global competence, contributing to China's deep participation in the building of the global governance system.
