The achievements of the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in AI-powered financial and tax education, digital talent cultivation, and industry-education integration were displayed at the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), which was held in Beijing from June 22 to 26. The intelligent financial and tax training platform from CUFE — one of eight featured universities at the event — turned heads in the exhibition area.

In the context of the digital economy, the efficient operation of supply chains rely not only on smooth logistics, capital, and information flows — but also on efficient tax services, compliance management and risk identification. The key to supporting this system is a large number of interdisciplinary talent that understand both finance and AI. CUFE's intelligent financial and tax training platform was developed to meet that need. By integrating AI into financial and tax education, the platform uses simulated business scenarios, intelligent tax training, compliance exercises, and risk identification drills to help students enhance their digital financial and tax service capabilities in a realistic business environment. The platform's core is an integrated training solution covering the entire process of learning, practicing, evaluating, improving and testing. With AI-based question generation, interactive training, and assessments, the platform connects policy learning, skills training, practical scenarios, as well as capability evaluations — creating a complete experience for students.

The platform has been successfully applied in training scenarios for finance and accounting students, including tax service skills training and compliance management exercises. It supports the Tax Compliance Knowledge and Practical Skills Challenge. It uses a wide range of scenarios such as course teaching, training exercises, competition practice and industry collaborations. Through them, it seeks to continuously enhance the financial expertise of students, their digital technology applications and problem-solving abilities — contributing to the cultivation of new digital financial and tax talent for the digital economy. CUFE's achievements in the field have been covered by media outlets, including China Taxation News, and have garnered attention and recognition from experts in the financial and tax areas.

In response to the new trend of deep integration between AI and financial governance, CUFE has established a comprehensive talent cultivation system that is characterized by theoretical guidance, digital empowerment and practical refinement. Moving forwards, plans are for CUFE to continue to deepen its collaboration with enterprises, optimize platform functions, expand application scenarios and enhance AI training capabilities. The aim is to ensure that innovations in digital financial and tax education can better serve the cultivation of high-quality talent and the development of the real economy.
