On March 9, Abhinav Goyal, director of global engagement and head of the Department of Finance at the Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham, visited the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). Peng Yuchao, director of the International Cooperation Division at CUFE, met with the guest along with other representatives.

Peng reviewed the long-standing cooperation between the two institutions and the achievements made to date. He expressed hope that, building on this foundation and leveraging their respective academic strengths, both sides would further expand practical collaboration across broader fields and at multiple levels, and jointly create high-level platforms for academic exchange for faculty and students.

Goyal introduced the recent development of Birmingham Business School and noted that the school looks forward to further strengthening exchanges with CUFE in areas such as talent cultivation, faculty and student mobility, and collaborative research, injecting new momentum into the bilateral partnership.

Both sides also held in-depth discussions on the implementation of specific cooperation projects.
