An online platform for general courses was officially launched at CUFE on September 23rd. Teachers and students in CUFE now have access to 242 free courses under 5 different modules with over 300 experts and masters addressing themselves, which makes “the instant travel of knowledge”a reality.

There are 242 courses under 5 modules available on the online course platform invloving 186 subjects for integrated literacy (including the following 6 parts: the origin of civilization & the evolution of history, human thinking & self-recognition, literature literacy & art appreciation, scientific discovery & technological innovation, economic activities & social management, Chinese classic & cultural heritage); 20 subjects for general skills; 14 subjects for innovation and entrepreneurship; 7 subjects for growth foundation; 15 public compulsory subjects. After students select their courses and pass examines, the results will be recorded on their GPA sheets. Meanwhile the students will also get course certificates confirmed by the Office of Academic Affairs. Students with outstanding performs will be awarded in multiple ways.
