The inauguration ceremony of the International Institute of Green Finance (hereafter IIGF) launched at CUFE was held at ROOM 206 of the Academic Hall on Monday, September 26th. IIGF, as a modern and international research institute, is the first research institute in China aiming to promote the development of green finance. It was formerly known as the Energy and Climate Finance Research Center which was established in September 2011. The center was the executive member of green finance professional committee of China Finance Society and were partners with the Ministry of Finance on academics.
