On the afternoon of November 1st, Doctor Jonatan Lenells from the Mathematics Department of KTH Royal Institute of Technology delivered an academic report entitled ‘Long-time asymptotics for the mKdV equation on the half-line’ in the Academic Hall on invitation.

Professor Lenells was once an assistant professor in Baylor University and Marie Curie Analyst in University of Cambridge. He is a leading figure of the research of international initial boundary value problem for integrable nonlinear wave equation and Hilbert Riemann problem, and is mainly specialized in the study of partial differential equations and mathematical physics.
