On April 9, a delegation from the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), including Pro Vice-Chancellor Ren Yi, China and Mongolia Cooperation and Recruitment Manager Li Mengyin, visited the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). Vice President Li Tao welcomed the guests.
Li Tao noted that UniSQ has distinctive strengths across multiple disciplines and that there is broad potential for collaboration between the two institutions in talent cultivation and scientific research. He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to enhance connectivity and sharing of high-quality educational resources.
Ren Yi introduced the latest developments at UniSQ, highlighting that the two universities have already established a solid communication mechanism. He expressed willingness to further deepen practical cooperation and jointly explore new pathways for cultivating internationally oriented talent.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on potential areas of collaboration.
Representatives from the International Cooperation Division, the School of International Trade and Economics, the School of Foreign Studies, and the School of Information attended the meeting.
