Confucius Institute co-founded by the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) and the University of Thessaly Officially Inaugurated

On November 8, 2021, the Confucius Institute at the University of Thessaly established by CUFE was officially inaugurated. Vice-Minister of Education Tian Xuejun sent his congratulations.Mercury Sirigos, Deputy Ministers of Education and Religious Affairs of Greece, and Apostolis Dimitropoulos, Secretary General of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, were present. He Xiuchao, Secretary of the Party Committee of CUFE, Wang Yaoqi, President of CUFE, and Zissis Mamouris, Rector of the University of Thessaly, jointly unveiled the plaque for the Confucius Institute online and offline. Yang Wei, President of Chinese International Education Foundation, Wang Qiang, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Greece, Georgios Iliopoulos, Greek Ambassador to China, and Li Tao, Principal Assistant of CUFE, attended the ceremony on site or online.
