On November 5 and 6, the 9^thChina Investments Annual Conference & Symposium on the Disciplinary Development of Investments was successfully held. The conference was hosted by Committee of Discipline Development of the Investment Association of China (IAC) and Professional Committee of Investments of China, undertaken by the School of Banking and Finance of the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and co-hosted by the Higher Education Press.

The theme of this conference was “Investment in the Era of Digital Economy: New Opportunities and New Challenges”. Professor Wang Yaoqi, President of Central University of Finance and Economics and Vice President of IAC, and Professor Xia Wenbin, President of UIBE, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Experts and scholars at the conference discussed the disciplinary development and talent cultivation of undergraduate programs of Investments, as well as the future development direction of investment in the era of digital economy.
