The MonographProperty Right in Civil Lawwritten by professor Chen Huabin, from School of Law in CUFE, was published by the Economic Science Press which was a member unit of China Finance and Economics Group, including 23 chapters with about 630,000 words.

On one hand, the book gave an informative, accurate, specific and detailed explanation to the "Property law" published in 2007. On the other hand, the book analysed and illustrated some documents such as the Judicial interpretations toward the three property laws made by the Supreme People's Court in 2009 and 2016, the Provisional Property Registration Regulations enacted by The State Council in March 2015 and the Implementation Details of Property Registration enacted by Ministry of Land and Resources in June 2015. In addition, it provided some guidance for the interpretation and practice of these documents.
