The annual academic conference of Chinese Association of Social Psychology in 2016 was hosted by Northwest Normal University in Jincheng Lanzhou from October 15th to 16th. More than 200 researchers across the country attended the meeting. Professor Xin Ziqiang, associate professor Xin Zhiyong, associate professor Zhang Hongchuan, doctor Ma Min and doctor Zhao Na from School of Social Development were present and made reports. “Transformational Process and Transformational Abilities in the Context of the Creative Process”，the conference paper made by doctor Ma Min, acquired an excellent prize of annual academic conference of Chinese Association of Social Psychology in 2016.
