On March 30th, Consumer Finance and Consumer Behavior Forum and 2017 China’s Consumer Finance Word-of-mouth Index Launch Conference was held. More than 70 experts and scholars from the field of consumer finance attended the forum.
China's Consumer Finance Word-of-mouth Index of the year 2017 continues the research framework of the 2016 report, and continues to focus on subjective perception and change of attitude towards consumer finance brands from the consumer perspective. The report structures a four-layer index system from three dimensions----brand awareness, brand perception quality and brand loyalty, which consists of 47 indicators, reflecting the development status of consumer finance as well as specific situation of each consumer finance brand.
