The Academic Committee of Pushan Award for Excellent Paper has recently announced the list for 2018 awarded papers. The paper “A Model for the Ability-to-pay Index of China’s Real Property Tax, Tax Burden Distribution and Redistributive Effects” published in Economic Research Journal was awarded Pushan Policy Research Award. The paper’s authors, Zhang Ping and Hong Yilin, are members of the real property tax research team in the university’s Center for China Fiscal Development.
